Consulting Arborist

Man Wa Lee (“Wa”) is a qualified, certified arborist, HK-0719A, with over 9 years of hands-on experience in the arboriculture industry. Wa conducts tree care, including climbing and pruning, as well as conducting educational training programs for professional tree workers and arborists, government agencies, environmental organizations, corporations, and property owners/managers in Hong Kong and the USA. Wa’s experience also includes tree preservation and protection consulting, field operations supervision, and tree health and risk assessment. Wa is fluent in both English and Cantonese providing high-level and competent language translation between local and foreign tree crews.

Consulting Arborist

Tal Adelson is an ISA Certified Arborist with more than 15 years of experience in tree care, climbing, pruning, felling and tree planting. Tal has conducted tree work and training in Hawaii, Guam, Hong Kong and the Western US. He has provided on-site, working supervision of tree workers and traffic controllers for cleanup along State Highways, at private residences and commercial properties. He possess advanced skill and experience with aerial lifts up to 80 feet, and application of climbing and advanced rigging techniques in trees over 150 feet tall.

He has also conducted education and training programs for ISA Certified Arborists and professional tree workers, as well as tree risk assessment and hazard mitigation recommendations and work, project site inspections, and supervision of contractors.

Consulting Arborist and Wildlife Biologist

Jolie Goldenetz-Dollar is a Certified Arborist, WE-4963A, and Certified Wildlife Biologist with experience in Hawaii, California, Arizona, Florida, New Jersey, Mississippi, and American Samoa. Jolie specializes in invasive species management, is an accomplished tree climber, and conducts tree risk assessments, tree pruning, and chainsaw safety and maintenance instruction.

Consulting Arborist

Born and raised in Kailua, Brian Fukada is a certified arborist, WE-7908A, with a deep passion for tree health and maintenance. Brian actively seeks out new information to improve his arborist skills. He also shares his understanding of our aina through teaching introductory arborist training classes for tree climbing, felling, pruning, rigging, chainsaw usage and maintenance, and safety.

Arborist

Charley Wagner has been chasing cows and climbing trees since the age of eight. Inspired and taught by Jeff Jepson (author of The Tree Climbers Companion), Charley grew into a competitive tree climber, storm chaser, instructor, and business owner. Over the last 23 years, Charley has worked with the USDA to eradicate Asian Longhorn beetles in New Jersey; completed hazardous tree mitigation projects in Hong Kong; executed wildfire mitigation, defensible spacing, and strategic fire line clearing for the US Forest Service; performed vegetative management safety audits and wrote climbing safety protocols for tower climbing for the International Transmission Company; and helped write a standard operating procedure (SOP) for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). He has also competed and served as a judge at the annual ISA International Tree Climbing Competition.

Office Manager

Jennifer Clark earned her bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach and has 20 years of experience in office management. Jenn serves as Arbor Global’s international administrative manager responsible for accounts payable, contract management, travel and schedule coordination, and field work support for Arbor Global’s offices in Hawaii and Hong Kong.
